E-Filing

With California Serve, you can securely E-File your legal documents. Orange County Superior Court, Riverside County Superior Court, and many others now accept E-Filing (on select case types and documents), but make sure to check with the court first. Our E-File portal allows you to E-File multiple documents in a single case for one transaction fee. Simply login to your account, upload your court documents through our site and we will provide you with a stamped, conformed copy once it has been processed by the court. We offer our clients the convenience of paying the court fees with a Credit Card, or ACH transfer.

If you do not have the time to E-File yourself or simply don’t want to deal with

E-Filing, no problem! Just send us your documents on your daily route or via email svonrosen.process@gmail.com and California Serve will process your E-Filing for a small fee. Be sure to attach a work order directing us to E-File the assignment for you.

Superior Court of California, Orange County – Santa Ana, Laguna Hills, Fullerton, Orange and Westminster
Deadlines (Pacific Time): 4:00PM to have California Serve E-File,

11:59pm if client does E-Filing.

Superior Court of California, Riverside County – Riverside, Moreno Valley, Hemet, Temecula, Murrieta, Banning, Palm Springs and Indio
Deadlines (Pacific Time): 4:00PM to have California Serve E-File,

11:59pm if client does E-Filing.

Minimum Price $15

The document is “ﬁled” at the date and time it is received by the court and the conﬁrmation of receipt is created. Any electronically ﬁled document received by the Court on or after midnight will be ﬁle stamped on the next court day. If you do not wish to submit your documents through our portal, you may send them in to us on your daily route, or via email to svonrosen.process@gmail.com and California Serve will process your E-Filing for an additional convenience fee, plus court filing fees as follows:

California Serve has the sole discretion to determine the fees charged for using its website or services. Fees for Bosco Legal Services may vary by location, service level and/or the amount of time spent completing service. Prices listed are a minimum price and should be used as an estimate. Service areas, deadline and pricing are subject to change without notice.

At California Serve, our attorney service department provides a variety of services to our clientele. These services include:

Court Document Filing – We offer court document filing to our clients throughout the state of California. You can send us your documents for filing by email or fax, or submit them through our website. We are familiar with the filing procedures in the California courts and we work with a network of trusted affiliates for nationwide filings. In addition to the courts, we can record your documents at the county recorder’s office. Furthermore, we digitally store your conformed copy at no extra charge, in the event that you ever need it.

Court Research – If you need copies of court documents or documents from the county recorder’s office, California Serve can help. Our court runners are familiar with the courts and have years of experience. This enables us to locate the documents you need quickly, saving you time and money.
